Located in Jiangmen of Guangdong, Jiangmen Junsheng Metal & Plastic Manufacturer Co., Ltd. is a special manufacturer of moulds/molds (plastic, metal, die-cast moulds). Our factory covers an area of 7,000sqm and there are nearly 350 members and workers, including 20 engineers and over 60 senior technicians who can make 3D designing and technical drawings with CAD/CAM/CAE according to our customers' requirements, and use CNC Processing Centers, EDM centers, 3-coordinate measurers, NC imitating milling machines, large precision EDM, high-speed milling machines, injection machines, spot machines and wiring machines.
Besides mould design and manufacture, our main products include shower heads, shower sets, plastic cups and crash helmets. We are happy to cooperate with customers who need to do OEM products by using common-used materials and engineer materials, such as ABS, Acrylic, PC, AS, PS, PP, POM and PA or special thermoplastic materials, such as TPE, TPV and EPDM.
